❀ I require a 25% booking fee that will go TOWARDS your photoshoot total! Your spot is NOT secured until I receive the booking deposit.
❀ Every photoshoot is SO different, so pricing varies! (I charge hourly plus travel fees, which will be communicated up front upon inquiry)

❀ Turnaround times are as follows (Please plan accordingly)
- 1 hour sessions = 2 weeks
- 2 hour sessions = 3 weeks
- weddings = 8 weeks

Policy —
RESCHEDULING — Rescheduling is honored, as long as it is communicated to me no later than 48 hours before the shoot. If you need to reschedule due to weather concerns or feeling under the weather, I will not charge you an additional deposit as long as you let me know 24 hrs prior to the shoot! Deposit can carry over if rescheduling is needed, as long as you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. I reserve the right to reschedule if an important matter comes up & will provide ample notice to the client.
If I need to reschedule for any reason less than 1 week prior to the shoot, a discount will be provided, or the deposit will be refunded.
DEPOSIT — A booking depsoit of 25% will be due in order to secure your date! Your photoshoot date is not secured until I receive your deposit. The deposit secures your date exclusively and covers time spent on planning, communication, and turning away other potential bookings. Deposit is nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be lost. If
I have to cancel for any reason, I will refund your deposit.
LATE POLICY — On the date of the photoshoot, please make sure to arrive in a timely manner. Your photoshoot begins at the agreed upon time, NOT at time of arrival unless otherwise specified. If you are 15+ minutes late, I will no longer honor the session and deposit will be lost.
LOCATION CONFIRMATION — location confirmation is required 48 hours before, to ensure your photoshoot runs smooth the day of! It can cause some hiccups in timing if we are changing location last minute (especially if the chosen location may not have consistent cell service!). Failure to confirm location 48 hours prior to the photoshoot may result in a photoshoot termination & loss of depsoit. Location changes are honored if due to weather concerns or location closure.
CANCELLATIONS — all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your date exclusively and covers time spent on planning, communication, and turning away other potential bookings.
If you choose to cancel your session or event for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be applied to a future session at my discretion, provided notice is given and availability allows.
TURNAROUND TIME — Please note that ALL sessions are subject to my turnaround time, please plan & schedule accordingly if you need your photos back by a certain date. My turnaround is as follows:
— 1 hour sessions = 2 weeks
— 2 hour sessions = 3 weeks
— 3+ hour sessions =4+ weeks
- weddings = 8 weeks
Your photos will be sent to you via an online gallery where you will be able to access all the provided edited high resolution images!
***Sneak peaks are NOT guaranteed, however I try my best to send some as long as I have time!
